Default UBM member Black Bear bowhunt- 2011

We all live this lifestyle so lets live some of it together.. On a Black Bear bowhunt over bait in the eastern US. No passports needed and easy to fly into or drive to this camp.

My young trad buddy Hawkins wants to go on his first ever bear hunt and I of course had to be "convinced" to go chase Black Bears again surrounded by great people..

I personally know six UBM member bowhunters including three PBS members that have hunted with Tony. They have good things to say and all that I have asked would go back.
Bear camp is located near Presque Isle, Maine not 20 miles from the New Brunswick border. Tony the owner is a traditional bowhunter and wants traditional bear hunters to fill his camp. Especially PBS and UBM members. Everyone of the bowhunters who have hunted with Tony tells me that around the campfire in the evenings is as fun as the bear hunting...

Six full days of bear hunting all inclusive.
$1200.00 includes cabins, food, transport to stands, all field care of bears, fresh unhunted baited sights each week and even free airport pickup. As well as local sightseeing trips to "see" the country.

Non-Resident bear tags are $130.00 with one bear per hunter. Tony did tell me if "we fill his camp PBS-UBM members will receive a price discount per bowhunter."

When?- We will hunt the 2nd week of Black Bear season 2011. Bear season always opens the last Monday in August.. So we will start depending on the calendar in 2011.

Ten spots still open for our PBS-UBM week. I am booked as well as my young oversized trad buddy Hawkins.

All are welcome! PBS members, UBM members, kids, wives, people you WANT to become members... Lets have a great bear hunt and fellowship of the bow in 2011.
Feel free to PM me with questions or contact Tony Boucher anytime. Please contact Tony to book your spot in bear camp.

Tony's website with contact and hunting information.

We will have to see what next year brings? Heading to Ontario on the Bear Hunt donated to UBM last year this year.

I know some of the guys that hunted there last year and in fact I think several are heading back this year. I think Tony also donated a hunt but I'm not sure who bought it? Maybe Black Widow?

Probably won't be too hard to fill this camp? I think the group last year had a great trip and took some bears?

Roger Fulton (Black Widow) told me himself that he (they) are going back this year as well. I know they had a great trip last year.

This will be fun...

Sorry about that Fireman Brad!

I do know Toby & Roger and others were there and talking of going back. I thought they were bidding on that hunt? Either way I know it will be a great time from the reports I heard. I think Jim Pyles is going back this year also?

Good Luck!!
Tom
