I really envy you guy's. Long season's and a lot of Deer.
In Colorado they are not that liberal.
Hopefully everybody had a good year.
I really do like the pictures since I miss hunting in MO.

I killed a young-n-tender with my bow last season and a fat doe with my flintlock. I also took a spring gobbler with a shotgun. I've yet to kill a turkey with a bow and it eats at my soul like battery acid.

Had a chance two times on turkey with my recurve bow.
Missed both of them.
Well, we keep trying until we can't. That's the fun.

Well, as we get older it is harder.

Darren... you are talking last season on your turkey also right?
I will NOT carry a shotgun this year!!! If I go empty handed this season then that's the way it will be.
Our season is coming up soon!!
God bless,Mudd

The last 15 years have been with the attitude, if I can't do it with a bow,I won't do it with a gun. Lost out to an elk hunt that my buddy and I were planning because he wanted to gun hunt and I want to bowhunt only. Many years without a turkey.

I didn’t even get to scare the hell out of a deer this year. Every one I seen was to far to even consider a shot. I did see a few and I enjoyed the time in the woods so what else would a guy need.

Well, I have moved to Pennsylvania. Guess I will be following those deer.
Already talked to the chapter of bowhunters there and will be joining.
My wife is staying and working in Denver. We have been married 41 years so we can do this.
Mom passed away on May 8th Going to see see day tomorrow. Bless his heart.
